Scent notes:
Fresh Coffee • Irish Whiskey • Brown Sugar • Cream • Vanilla
Rich, warm and comforting, Irish Coffee is inspired by one of Ireland’s best-known after-dinner treats. Freshly brewed coffee is blended with the warmth of Irish whiskey, a little brown sugar and a smooth layer of cream for a scent that feels cosy, familiar and indulgent without becoming overly sweet.
Think steaming glasses on a cold evening, the smell of coffee behind the bar, cream floating on top and that unmistakable warmth of whiskey underneath.
✨ The story behind the scent
Irish coffee instantly takes me back to my years working in restaurants in Kerry.
Through my teens and into my twenties, I made them constantly — especially after dinner, when nearly every table seemed to order one. Coffee brewing, glasses warming, brown sugar stirred through, whiskey poured in and cream carefully floated across the top.
It was such a small part of the job at the time, but now the smell brings me straight back: busy dining rooms, cold Kerry evenings and that lovely lull at the end of service when everyone was sitting back with a drink in their hands.
Irish Coffee is my version of that memory — warm, comforting, a little indulgent and unmistakably Irish.

Keep any botanicals away from the lit wick.
Safety:
* Light your candle on a heat proof surface.
* Trim your wick every new burn.
* Don't touch the container when lit.
* Burn for a maximum of 4 hours at a time.
* Don't leave your candle unattended when lit.
* Don't burn to the bottom 1/2cm of wax no matter how much you love it.
How to get the most out of your candle:
* On the first burn, burn for 3/4 hours so you get a full melt pool, wax has a memory so burning it a little at a time leads to tunneling.
* Trim your wick to 1/2 cm to avoid large smoky flames before every burn.
* Burn them on a heatproof surface to avoid burn mark or setting fire to the surface.
